Firefox keeps opening 2 instances of the browser when I go to certain websites. Under OS X in the Dock, it shows Firefox as being open and than opens another one to the very right hand side... where programs that are not labeled as Keep In Dock usually appear. It seems like it could be related to Flash or Java but I can't tell for sure. If you try to click on it to see what it is, all you get is Firefox in the menu bar at the top of the screen but nothing else appears.
