First -- let's troubleshoot and try to open the bookmarks bar. Often, browsers can hide and display the bookmarks with certain buttons and controls.

1. Click the menu button, then click More tools and select Customize Toolbar. 2. Select the Toolbars dropdown menu at the bottom of the window. Select Bookmarks Toolbar. 3. The menu options Always Show, Never Show, and Only Show on New Tab will be available for you to choose when you want the Bookmarks Toolbar to be visible. 4. Click Always Show 5. Press 'Done'

If this does not work, please provide more information about what you were doing before Firefox crashed. Did you delete your browsing history? Did you delete Firefox itself? Were you accessing Firefox files? Etc.
