Hmm, your Firefox identified itself as version 119.0.1 while your screenshot is for Firefox 109.0. In the right column of this page, under Question Details, if you click More system details, it lists the newer driver in the Graphics data. So... I can't explain what is happening in your screenshot.

If you have multiple GPUs, you can prefer the most powerful one by going to Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Add firefox.exe > Options > High performance GPU.
