.WAV attachents to my mail do not play

Did you ask the email provider about this issue as well? And since no one here can access your email or email with the .wav to diagnosis the issue this. And did you try Firefox Private Mode Browser to verify no Addon or other software was causing the playback issue.
Can you play a sample WAV file?
Do the WAV files play if you open them in a new tab ? Any relevant-looking messages in the Web Console ?
