Keeper Ext
8/18/2023 1340 Firefox ver 116.0.3 64 bit Keeper ver 16.6.0
I am still unable to use Keeper Ext. When I go to sign on screen for any of my saved websites, place the mouse in the sign on screen, nothing comes up for me to click on as before. On automated sights, nothing happens either. Can you advise estimated completion time?
This is what Keeper says:
Monitoring - We have pushed a new version to Mozilla (16.6.1) which is pending review to address autofill issues on Firefox. Aug 17, 2023 - 22:33 PDT Identified - We are aware of login and filling errors with the KeeperFill browser extension on Firefox. This issue is randomly occurring during initialization of the extension. Restarting Firefox when this occurs may temporarily resolve the issue. We have pushed a new version to Mozilla (16.6.1) which is pending review. Mozilla should release the update within 24 hours. Aug 16, 2023 - 11:24 PDT

Do you work for Mozilla?
Dropa, as a number have said to you, people are still welcome to try and get help with Extensions here. Especially when not all Extension also does support by email or have say their own support forum or thread on forums.mozillazine.org
There are some staff here though they do not post frequently and one of them mainly posts in the Firefox for Enterprise section.

He most certainly does not as he is just somebody that does a lot of Quantity type of posts.
If an extension needs manual review then it may take a few days or more depending on when. Not involved with this though.
In the past more so, sometimes the not reviewed new version of extension may be listed on the Version History > See all versions page to use at your own risk, though not with the Keeper® Password Manager & Digital Vault extension.
Thanks James. I appreciate your answer. I do however need to know from Firefox as to what their answer is. If Firefox says it's Keepers problem and Keeper says it's Firefox, then I am in a stalemate. At this point, neither is taking responsibility and that does nothing to resolve the problem. I have almost all of my sites in keeper. Alot of them I have no clue of the password because that's what keeper does, and does it well.
Latest email from Keeper. Again they say it is pending Mozilla approval for release.

Firefox is a web browser as Mozilla is the company behind the Firefox web browsers for desktop and mobile versions for iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android. Though the iOS version does not use Firefox extensions due to Apple's reasoning on how things are done to say the least.
Maybe the people behind the Keeper® Password Manager & Digital Vault extension could post on https://discourse.mozilla.org/c/add-ons/35 if it does not get approved soon.
