Unlike Chrome, if you drag n drop a bookmark, it is saved with the url as a title. You need to click the star for the bookmark to be saved normally.

Any plans on changing that?

Drag the tab or link to the bookmarks toolbar or sidebar to create the bookmark instead of dragging the URL (text link) in the location bar.
