What is it and how did it get there. It's pop up asking me if I am a robot. Is this legit?

Forgot to mention. This pop up only appears when I log into Firefox to use my browser "dogpile".

I have Ad Block, Ad Blocker Ultimate, Honey and Lastpass. None of these are new. Also there are some applications from Norton.
