Hello,

Go to vpn.mozilla.org on your device and make sure to sign in with the Firefox account you used with your Mozilla VPN subscription. Once you download the client, the installer should guide you through the rest. After you've installed it, open the client (by searching your device for Mozilla VPN), flip the switch to On, and you're good to go! It'll cover any internet activity on the device while it is turned on, including your browser activity.

I have been using Mozilla VPN on my Windows 10 Desktop for months. All of a sudden it stopped working (Windows 10 Update ?????). After several attempts to get it working I uninstalled Mozilla VPN from the Desktop believing I would reinstall it. Now I find that to reinstall Mozilla VPN I have to resubscribe as if I wasn't already paying $4.99 per month. $4.99 has even been deducted for the month of August and VPN isn't even installed in my Desktop. As an existing paying subscriber, where can I get the Mozilla VPN download to reinstall it on my Desktop without having to purchase it again?

Hey there, to re-download Mozilla VPN all you need to do is go to http://vpn.mozilla.org/ and then click on "Already a subscriber" at the top right side of the page. This will take you to the sign-in page for your Firefox account and then you'll be able to get the client to re-install Mozilla VPN.

Unfortunately I was not able to find a subscription with this email address. Have you maybe paid with Apple Pay? If this is the case we will not be able to assist further as all those subscriptions are managed via Apple directly and not us. You will have to contact Apple support and confirm that your subscription is still active. If this is the case, but you are still having issues, I suggest you ask them for a refund and cancellation then try sign up again.

Hi - I have the exact same problem. I purchased the VPN through the webiste and now when I login it says "Oops! It looks like you haven’t subscribed yet." I have a billing confirmation email and a charge to my credit card. Can someone please contact me about this issue?
