When I try to print an email from Outlook on-line, I click the printer icon and an on-line preview pane comes up. Usually the preview shows what is going to be printed, but mine comes up blank except for some shadow boxes where the print should be. I am therefor unable to print my emails. If I enter Outlook using Microsoft Edge, I have NO problems previewing or printing. This is a very recent problem that seems to occur only when using the Firefox browser and I can't understand why, or how to fix it. Thanks
