Hi I am successfully using Thunderbird rules to forward invoices and statements to Xero accounts. However, the emails are only sent when my PC is active. As I forward these emails to Xero for clients it would be good if they are sent as soon as they are received. If I set up the same rules on my laptop, the emails will forward more often, but I am worried that the rules may be applied to received emails when they have already been forwarded and moved to an archive folder. a) does this matter? b) can I add a delay so that the inbox is up to date (via IMAP functionality) before the rules are run?
