CCleaner
HELP I ran CCleaner not realizing it was going to delete my browsing history. I've tried some internet searches to find a way to recover the history but I am having no luck.
I am running Windows 7 Home, Firefox version 82.0 (64bit)

CCleaner does a pretty good job of deleting files, especially if you have secure deletion enabled. I'm going to guess that it's probably unlikely you will be able to recover the history.
You can try using Recuva (a file recovery program by the same company) to see if that would work.
Other than that, you may be out of luck.
The only other thing that comes to mind would be looking for the history on another device if you were using the Firefox Sync service to sync your history between other devices.
You can check in Windows Explorer if there is a previous version of the places.sqlite file available.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
