Hi, you can delete any bookmark (including special one with the gear icon that indicate a "places query" result list). Right-click (or with one button, Ctrl+click) the bookmark and use Delete. If you think you might want to use it later, you could instead move it to a different location. In the Library window ("Show All Bookmarks" or Command+Shift+b), click Bookmarks Toolbar in the left column and that bookmark should appear in the list on the right. You can drag/drop or cut/paste it to Bookmarks Menu or to Other Bookmarks if you like. Does any of that work for you?
