Hi, Yesterday while I was running a full scan with Malwarebytes, I wanted to open Firefox but it didn't work. I waited 5s retried and it works. I'm just wondering why this appened. In the event observator the crash seems to be related to ntdll.dll who is in the System32 folder. Btw the Malwarebytes scan says that my system is clean.

(Sorry if my post shouldn't be here or else, i'm a new user)

Thank you
