I have a website that comes up whenever I track a package from a specific site. Right now I have it blocked. I did not download this site to the best of my knowledge. I have looked everywhere deleted cookies etc. and nothing removes its link. Where else can it be linked in so that I can delete it. I have also run CCleaner. I also checked the the specific site and they are not awar of this site nor are other people who use the same site.
We are hading to Canada so internet will be intermittent for my responses.

Did you run the computer in "Safe Mode with Networking" option form the computer when starting up and see what happens? Not the browser safe mode but the O/S safe mode. This will verify if the problem isn't O/S or browser malware related.
No, I didn't do that. I'll do it when I get a chance in Canada. We ae on the road right now and RV full time. Many campgrounds do not have service and our hot-spots won't work in Canada. I'll get back after I test.
