Is this the only site that comes up "unstyled" like that?

To see whether Firefox having trouble retrieving files, you can open the Network Monitor in the lower part of the tab. Either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > Web Developer > Network
  • (menu bar) Tools > Web Developer > Network
  • (Windows) Ctrl+Shift+e

When you reload the page (Ctrl+r), Firefox should start listing all the files it is requesting, along with information about whether the request was successful.

Hi rezaahmadi2000, many modern websites use multiple different servers, so a possible explanation is that style sheets or scripts from the page calls from a different server are not loading.

When I check the site, the first style sheet is loaded from the following address. What happens when you try to access it?

https://odoocdn.com/web/content/12344030-11e5dd6/1/web.assets_common.css

Thanks jscher2000 for your assistance. when i click on the link you provide and try to access it, it shows a page full of codes. screen shot attached.

Good! That's exactly what you should see. Does this one also load:

https://odoocdn.com/web/content/12506601-43ee1fc/1/web.assets_frontend.css

If the server isn't blocked by a filter, why does it seem that neither your Firefox nor your Chrome are applying style rules to lay out the page? Hmm...

Dear Jscher2000 find attached the code appears once i click on the 2nd link you sent.

I really don't know i have done all the required steps shown in Mozilla Support.

Does the main page load any better now that you have loaded those style sheets directly? You can use Ctrl+Shift+r to bypass cache when testing.

If not, do you use any filters that would affect multiple browsers, such as security suites with their own ad-blocking or parental control features?

Hello jscher2000, Good Day, Apologize for the late reply, as i could not work on my Odoo project. I don't know what to do this website don't load properly. still as before once i visit the website it appears like the screen shot i attached in my previous posts. BTW, i don't use any use any filters that would affect multiple browsers, such as security suites with their own ad-blocking or parental control features.

i just use Baidu Anti virus and i had disabled the ad blocking and add on on fire fox.

Thanks Dear jscher2000, I followed your instructions and it worked with me, now i can see the webpage very clearly and as a normal website.

thanks for your guidance. Problem solved as you can see the attached file.

What instructions are you referring to? Is this about loading the CSS files in the Firefox cache and using these files or something else?

You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.

You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
