I have updated my Firefox but not able to attach an attachment while sending an email, I believe this version of Firefox does not support Silverlight so I'm looking for the solution as to how I can get back to getting files attached again.

Too generic. I couldn't find a 'Webmail' Website, unless it's the Mail2Web site?

Hello mcplay, You could post your question on this support forum : www.answers.microsoft.com/windows Also see : https://support.office.com/en-us/article/getting-started-in-outlook-web-app-0062c7be-f8e3-486e-8b14-5c1f793ceefd

But I'm having issues with the attachments ever since I updated Firefox, I can attach a file on the Explorer alright so wouldn't this rather be an issue concerning Firefox?

Would you try this please :

Clear the Firefox cache :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored (scroll down to : "Delete cookies for a single site")

Would you also check your settings here please :

See the Chosen Solution in this thread : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1241990

Does that help  ?
