even though I have firefox installed, it doesnt show in my mac applications, and then it disapears from the dock when i shut down Have to reload

This is a duplicate of I get a ? mark in my apple dock replacing the Firefox logo and it won't open. Please direct all possible solutions to that thread.
In the future, please respond in your original thread. Opening duplicate threads does not get your issue fixed faster and it will make it difficult for the support forum volunteers to track your issue.
