No response when clicking desktop icon
Have uninstalled and reinstalled, refreshed and started laptop in safe mode, Yet I still get no response when trying to open Mozilla. Beginner so have followed Mozilla’s troubleshooting guide with no luck. Any help greatly appreciated

Is the problem on your iPhone? If not, What's your computer system and Firefox version?
Ah, laptop.
I suggest removing the non-working shortcuts and creating new ones.
