After latest Mozilla Firefox update/installation my Outlook email doesn't work and comes back with a message "operation failed".
I can't send, reply or receive emails on Outlook and keep getting a message "operation failed" when I hit any of those keys.

So your saying you used FF to log onto your Outlook email right? What is the email link your using not your logins but the link to Outlook your clicking to get there.
