Can you please expand on this issue. Where do you get this and what exactly does it say. You have not provided enough information to help you.

As well you have send info to Mozilla turned off so I do not know what browser version you are running. Each version may have a different solution.

The "Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page" warning is meant as an accessibility feature so people with disabilities or people who use screen readers do not get confused and isn't meant as a safety protection to stop redirecting.

In Firefox 56+ the "Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page" setting can no longer be found in Options/Preferences.

You can modify this pref on the about:config page to enable or disable this feature
