Dear Mozillarians,

somehow I was asked today to give a rating for Firefox today, and considering myself a loyal user of the browser, so I did. Then there came a questionnaire where I was asked some stuff which to be honest has absolutely nothing to do with my browser experience.

Since I believe you will use the results from this survey for decisions on Firefox's future, I wanted to point out that the question I got (see attachment) contains one grave mistake - there is no "none of this" option, and as you can see from the screen shot, I cannot skip it either.

So here is the problem - people like me, who do not use any of the answer options at all, are thrown out from the survey, or they give a false answer to carry on. In other words, the results you see will be skewed.

On top of that, the first, sixth and ninth question, are not clearly distinguishable, again leading to skewed results.

Finally, being in the education business for too long, I have to point out that the caption "This question is required" is a) looking like someone doesn't know the difference between question and answer, and b) objectively wrong.

P.S. If I posted my comment into the wrong place, please forward it to where it can be found by the responsible people. You have a bumpy ride ahead with Firefox 57 breaking many of the add-ons that make it a viable alternative to Chrome, and you should not push the cart deeper into the mud by wasting resources on new features that people don't need.

Hi

Whilst some of the questions that are asked may appear a little obscure, the aim is to help establish how people use Firefox and to build features that people may find useful.
