Unable to open Facebook with PC. Working on cell phone. What is wrong, please?
Have been using Mazilla Firefox for logging into FaceBook for several years and yesterday when I log on, nothing develops. It appears I am in but no connection after that. Cell phone is working for logging into FaceBook. Then I get an error message from Facebook that says 'trying to fix'. Can you help?

Please try the following:
Please note, you are running Windows XP, which is over 17 years old and no longer supported by either Microsoft or Mozilla. Running such an old Operating system on the web is dangerous and opens you up to hacking, identify theft and worse. Please seriously consider doing one of the following:
- Buying a new computer with a modern OS (Windows 10 or MacOS 10.12)
- If your hardware can support it, buying an upgrade version of Windows 7 or later and installing it
- Installing an alternative Operating System such a Linux, which will allow you to be secure while you surf the web.
