I hope you have backups of anything important.

Some of these are scams or not very effective at encrypting files. Some of them are effective and the only option is to pay up or lose the data, although paying up will not necessarily result in recovering all the data or not getting further demands.

You may just have to take this as a hard lesson to be careful and take more effective precautions in future. It is also worth noting that such activity is illegal in almost all jurisdictions, and probably there are places where you can at least report the crime.
