Hi richard78024, if you never had Firefox on this system before, it seems there was a glitch in establishing your new Firefox profile. You can create one manually using the "Profile Manager." Please see the steps in the following article: [[Use the Profile Manager to create and remove Firefox profiles]] Note: there will be an option to move the profile folder to a nonstandard location, but please do not do that, just skip right over that option.
