i only use firefox browser and update as prompted. I turned the browser on today, and was queried if I would be importing bookmarks from other browsers..... my answer is no, i use no other browsers. there was a notice of how firefox is now faster and better. I said mmmm hmmm. i then noticed missing bookmark folders and icons of some of my add ons were missing. the menu at the top was also missing. i turned it on i then checked my for my book marks.....all were missing i tried the restore book mark procedures mentioned in the help/ support forum page, but was not able to find any of the bookmark backups where the instruction stated they would be i hope you are having a nice wonderful day. are you able to suggest or provide instruction on how to recover from what seems to be an unasked for firefox download or update? I have not added any other software programs lately that may be in conflict with the firefox browser. I have also check for maladies using the Advance System Care 9 program THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER edited email from public and spam/search bots as nobody here does support by email.
