Running windows 10 with Firefox 48.0.2. Running html5 speed tests on IE11 results are correct. ~7M download and 3M upload. But when run on Firefox results are consistently 70kbs download and 270kbs upload. Performed the Firefox REFRESH BROWSER - no help. Other than these timing tests Firefox 'appears' to be running at normal speeds for all browsing activities. Test websites are:
