Facebook not working on firefox
My facebook randomly turned to this last Tuesday and now it looks like this constantly on firefox. I tried reseting all of the add ons but I am not entirely sure I did this correctly and also I reset the laptop and even deleted firefox and re downloaded it. However, nothing seems to work. Please help because most of my job is done through promoting on facebook and I have been unable to do so :(

hi Molxox, unfortunately that will be caused by a fault in kaspersky security software on your device which meddles with your connections. the issue should be fixed by kaspersky already when you update its software to the latest version/signature.
in case this didn't work, please procede like this:
- go to kaspersky Settings > Additional > Network > Traffic Processing and uncheck the "Inject script" setting.
- in addition, disable the scanning of secure connections like it's described at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER#w_kaspersky and reboot your system afterwards.
If this doesn't apply then a possible workaround is to modify the involved pref and remove the trailing ", br" to prevent the server from sending files with Brotli compression.
- network.http.accept-encoding.secure = "gzip, deflate, br" => "gzip, deflate" (without quotes)
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
