(I had just tried to submit this question, and it said it would send a confirmation address to me at my email address. Well, I didn't get it 5:18 PM and when I went back to the email, it wouldn't acknowledge me. So I don't know what went wrong.) I hope you have that message because I'd already typed in all the information.

You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Then reinstall the latest version.
