I can not add the info requested in the "Automatically Add" step since this is a firefox add-on and firefox won't open!

hi, thank you for providing a crash id. this looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.

Uninstalled Freecorder and Freecorder Toolbar. Restarted computer. Firefox works properly now. Thanks for the quick response.
