I have done everything to fix choppy videos on facebook, youtube etc. could use some advise
I have updated my flash players etc.
I dont have the issue using chrome. So its something with firefox. I prefer firefox so any help would be awesome.

Are you sure it is Flash providing the videos?
Youtube is now defaulting to HTML5 videos for most users and Facebook has also been using HTML5 videos some.
You should be able to confirm the type by right clicking on the video and looking for the "About" item. (I know this works for Youtube.)
