This has happened before. When I update Thunderbird it stops retrieving emails for all but one email account (the first one I set up). Usually I fix this by changing settings so that I have to enter passwords for each account. This time round I can find the master password settings, I've set a master, I've disabled the master password. TB still only asked for password of first email account set up. Can't find any other setting regarding passwords to fix this. Worth noting all server settings incoming and out going are the same. I can send an email from any account. Just can't retrive emails.
