Starting from late June, when I go youtube and watch Youtube LIVE broadcast, I cannot manually switch to 720p. It can only do "Auto quality".

However, when I watch non-live Youtube videos, I can perfectly choose 720p.

Also, when I use IE to watch Youtube LIVE on the same computer, I can switch to 720p as I want. Thus, it is not my internet service problem.
