In the address book (or contacts) under the private tab when I set the birthdate it does not show correctly. For instance, I can set the birthdate as 4 July 1969 on the pop-up calendar, but when it displays the birthdate it shows 4 Oct 07. How do I get the birthdate to show correctly? I am presently using Thunderbird 31.4.0 under Windows 8. But this problem has been persistent under many previous releases.
