Just refreshed my windows 8.1 and firefox gets hung up on the install about 1/10 of way.
I have tried multiple times and even refreshed the computer again. I have installed Firefox many times and have never had this problem. Please help.

hi Jeanise, Are there any firewall setting or antivirus settings that prevents Firefox from downloading from another browser?
Are you using the install stub? Or are you updating a current installation?
