Thank you for your reply. Would you believe that as soon as I scouted for help with this problem, it cured itself. I now have access to both programs on Firefox. The question I have to ask is why the problems in the first place, and then why the sudden cure with out me doing anything. Another problem developed. On one of my yahoo e-mail addresses, I am locked out from a required change of password from a vendor. The vendor has three or more ways to change my password. However, when I request the link, it never arrives into my inbox. the link is sent from a no-reply address. They finally informed me that if the process is still not working, then I should start a new account with a different e-mail address. I guess that is what I am going to do as this problem has been ongoing for several weeks. I do have other yahoo address related to my Travel Agency business. But I think I may use a G-mail address. I did have this same problem in February and is was resolved at that time with the help of the vendor. Then it occurred in March and nothing they tried seemed to work. I tried to use Chrome and MSN to get the password link with no difference in the results. I would bet that given enough time, this issue would cure itself just like with my Hotmail calendar. I have a suspicion that there may be a bug in my computer. I do run my virus and malware programs but they haven't found anything. I am saving your e-mail for reference just in case the Hotmail problam should resurface. Thank you for your insight. Barry
