I've received a handful of emails from the Social Security Administration regarding the 2026 cost-of-living adjustment (COLA). Each time I click on the provided sign-in button, Firefox fails to connect. I am attaching a screenshot of the message it gives me instead. Today, on a whim, I tried to sign in using Chrome, and it worked fine. What is wrong with Firefox?

For the past few days to a week Firefox has failed to load some websites such as Amazon or Login.gov. I tried accessing the same sites using Edge and it worked fine. So it is not a problem with the sites. I do not believe I have changed my settings, although there is a new version of AdGuard which may have something to do with it. I believe the problem started with the update of Firefox on Nov 18, however. I am using Duck Duck Go, but have the same problem using Google as my default search engine. I do notice that I have a message in settings saying my browser is being managed by my organization and showing this : ImportEnterpriseRoots. I am an individual user, so am not sure what that means or if it is related. In any case, I need help figuring out how to fix this. I do not want to use Edge but may have to if I cannot get this fixed.

i can't get youtube to load on firefox i have updated it all it loads up on competitors chrome,Etc can anyone help I've changed the password twice i get a black screen and 3 lines on the left unclickable and three circles also blank and unclickable i have windows 11

I am trying to fill out an online loan application form using Firefox on my mobile device. When I upload or edit a file in the form, the changes do not appear or get saved. The form continues to show the old version of the file even after I re‑upload the updated one. I have already tried refreshing the page and re‑logging in, but the issue persists. This problem occurs only on Firefox mobile; when I use other browsers, the upload reflects correctly. Please advise if this is a compatibility issue with Firefox mobile or if there are specific settings I need to adjust.

I have a problem using the left click on my mouse to enter a square in either sudoku or a crossword when logged in to Readly within Firefox in Windows 11. I have tried with other browsers and they work fine. I have also tried other sites using Firefox and they work fine. I have also tried on my Ipad using Readly and Firefox and that works no problem. I seems it is a problem when only in Windows 11, Firefox and Readly. Any ideas?

For some months now, LinkedIn does not load 90% of the time. It just 'hangs'. It's the only website that this problem happens. So I switch to another browser to access LinkedIn now, which is my most used site.

For the past few days I have been noticing that the websites run by google such as youtube, gmail, maps, are not running properly in firefox desktop app. I have to refresh it again and again or close the entire firefox and restart it to start working properly. Any idea why this is happening ?

My firefox is already updated to it's latest version.

I've been using Firefox since forever but over the last couple of months, the auto translate subtitles (to English) hasn't been working when watching Youtube videos. There's a thread on the Youtube support site with nearly 40,000 posts of people with the same issue and tonight I was trying to watch a video where the hosts talk in Italian, so I use auto translate to English subtitles but no subtitles appear. It will show Italian language subtitles.

I've gone back through this Youtube channel's history trying videos I've previously watched from months/years ago when auto translate used to work but even they're not working now.

I decided to try the video in Edge browser and to my surprise the auto translate to English worked there. They also work in Chrome.

So what could be causing this issue on Firefox, which started about August time?

This is quite bizarre as I assumed all the processing/translation was done by Google/Youtube so in what way can Firefox be part of this issue?

To be clear, subtitles in the (foreign) language the people are speaking, works. Subtitles translated from that language to English (or other languages) has stopped working. Subtitles translated from that language to English IS working on Edge and Chrome browser.

So Outlook is refusing to let me right click and past again. I thought i solved this problem a few years ago by setting dom.events.asyncClipboard.clipboardItem dom.events.asyncClipboard.readText dom.events.testing.asyncClipboard to True in about:config. And sure enough those settings are still set to True so why is Outlook now telling me it can't access my clipboard again?

I have used the site campspot.com for years. Suddenly I cannot get into it and comes up with a 403 error. I am able to get into this site using Chrome so it seems that the problem is with Firefox.

Howdy! 2nd time in 2 weeks sign in has not worked on certain websites like E*Trade. Must switch to data mining options like Chrome. What is up? My Mozilla and Firefox do not allow User Name & Password to work even with destination URL's support team's help.

I have a <textarea> in a form that upon each read from firefox it keeps adding extra line feeds.

Chrome works line. It doesn't keep adding new line feeds. I just noticed this this other week. I'm on windows 145.0
