Why do you think this is down to Firefox, and by the way this is a forum of users not developers that can update Firefox or hack in to to your device to change what you have. Also it seems as though you are using Android, this forum is for Firefox Desktop (Windows| MAC | Linux) etc. The one for Android is offered in the menu at the top: which would have given you https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/mobile If you go there please provide details as no one would have an idea of what you are really trying to access, what you have tried, what you were doing etc. So maybe at lease provide the URL for the site you were connected to where this happened.
