Why won't Firefox load my Yahoo mail accounts?
Firefox will not load my Yahoo mail accounts. Keep getting an error message: "Somethings gone Wrong". I have no problem loading the Yahoo mail accounts through my Microsoft account. Very frustrating, may have to abandon Firefox.

Did you try clearing the browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache#
Other AT&T customers have also reported problems. For example:

I don't know the reason that Yahoo circles back to AT&T's site (where you get the error message).
