Firefox constantly "not responding" and I'm not an expert no I don't understand how to fix it, apparently there is no phone number or a human being to talk to. I'm not a computer expert so none of these questions or answers makes sense to me.

"not responding" means that the CPU is being overworked.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
