My browser automatically upgraded to 29.0. Now I do not have a refresh button. I have to hit F5 in order to do so. Seems with every update you go backwards!

Should be sitting in the right-side of the Address bar, the default position since Firefox 4. Unfortunately it can't be moved as was possible with Firefox 4 - 28.
