Firefox doesn't recognize flash 11.0.1.152, it dizsables it because it thinks it's outdated.

I can't rollback to an older flash, and can't find any way to re-enable the addon, as it's completely hidden in the browser as well. I can just feel my IQ dropping every time I have to open IE to use anything that uses flash.

You can get the installer for 10.3 back again from here:

You may have a problem with the file pluginreg.dat that stores the plugin registry.

Delete the file pluginreg.dat and let Firefox rebuild a new version.

Rolling back fixed the problem, but I figure the problem still needs addressing. I don't think I should have to run an outdated version of flash, especially one lathered with security loopholes :(

Cor-el I tried your solution, but it didn't work, unfortunately. Is there a config file somewhere that tells Firefox what version numbers it should be looking for maybe? The browser just knows it isn't 10.3 if I have 11 installed. But if I go to the addon page with 10.3 installed, it tells me to upgrade, then it wont work again.
