why do the tools bar keep changing? My home Icon went away and the tool bar was reconfigured

The address bar is gone. when I right click the tool bar menus are all checked but do not appear. i cant get back to my home page.

Try the procedure to reset toolbars and controls as shown in this link - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Back+and+forward+or+other+toolbar+items+are+missing
