I need to restore the bar that contains: "File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks Tools, Help (All first letter underlined)

By accident, I deleted the bar at the top of the main screen that reads:

File Edit View History Bookmarks Tools Help

(All first letter underlined)

I would just like to restore this line!
