why cant i enlarge or view images on ebay and other sites..it goes to a blank page and says something about encryption

i cannot enlarge pictures on ebay or view photos or images of people on other sites.i only get a blank page with search book marks and history. then about blank. it says the connection to this site is not encrypted

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem.

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
