When I lo onto my companies website a gray , semi transparent cover comes over the site and stops me from clicking on anything on the site. What is happening and how can I fix this? When I used a friends computer and logged on the same way, it did not happen.

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs. You need to use all programs because each detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.
