Is this being fixed? My maximized window will resize it self. I was on v149 or so, I upgraded to v158 and now my window will resize. v159 does not fix it. Is this known? being fixed? do I need to create a video?

Your maximized window un-maximizes itself and becomes a regular resizable window? I don't remember whether websites have permission to do that, or whether an add-on would need to be involved. Do you have any window-related extensions?

(If for some strange reason you have my extension you can remove it: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/change-maximized-to-resizable/.)
