CTRL+SHIFT+T hotkey not working with Vertical Tabs enabled. [Resolved]

Noticed that this shortcut to open recently closed tabs is not operating with the vertical tabs option turned on. Help/fix would just be this shortcut being accounted for in the next patch with vertical tabs.

Hard Restarted browser. Shortcut now operates. Not sure why it wasn't working originally.
