Firefox doesn't detect nor report viruses.

Are these as small popups on bottom right corner of Firefox window?. If so then these are not from Mozilla nor the Firefox web browser but rather from sites you have allowed to send you web push notifications. Instead of useful information some may send you junk, spam, fake virus/trojan scan alerts etc. You can revoke these sites from sending you notifications as shown in KB article link below.
