Costco.ca doesn't load on laptop but does on iPhone.
Hello,
My Win 11 Home (ver 25H2, OS build 26200.9168) Dell laptop runs Firefox v. 155.0 and doesn't load costco.ca however my iPhone 15 Pro Max running Firefox v. 154.1 does. The laptop's browser initially loads the costco.ca landing page (for 1 second) then displays a white screen with this message: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."
What can I do to enable Firefox to load Costco.ca on my laptop?
Thanks,
Steve

Usually the fastest is to check in a new Private Window if it's still the same.
There are some standard troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue:
- Start with clearing Firefox cache.
- If it does not help, try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website).
- If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem doesn't persist, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.
- Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield
icon in the left part of the address bar. If ETP is enabled, try disabling it.
- If nothing from the above helps, try creating a new Firefox profile and check if the issue persists there. If it doesn't, you can start copying files from your old profile to the new one to identify which one causes the issue. See this article on what files to copy.
Thanks a bunch jbr. I cleared the cache (no change to browser behaviour) then cleared cookie data for costco.ca and costco.com (to be safe) and this solved the problem. Now costco.ca page loads as expected.
