Starting on June 9 2026 my Rockland Trust banking website will not open also other bank websites not opening or take several minutes to open, also other websites not opening. All these websites opened before June 9 2026. I have done all the recommended steps even uninstalling an reinstalling Firefox. What did Firefox do, as I had made no changes. I can open all these websites on other browsers, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc. I want to keep using Firefox but I can't if websites won't open. Clare O'Brien

Is the VPN turned on? Try switching it off.

Already tried that, doesn't help

Clare, would you mind posting more samples of addresses that don't open for you? (Just the various Rockland Trust apps use several service providers, from San Diego through Arizona to Minnesota, including Cloudflare and Akamai that can cause separate issues, each…)

Do you use some security software like an antivirus, phishing/malware protection etc.? These often tap into any secure connection and are able to stall the flow without any error if they get confused:( Recent reports include e.g. Norton 360 — so it would help if you could try disabling these for a while, or see if you can turn off any web filtering, "safe browsing" and similar functionalities in their settings.
